Dearest Friends!!
Thank you so much!! Because of each of you a BIG Scary goal was accomplished last month for me!! I am so excited to announce we are now a Team!! I promoted to Team leader with your help!!
Monthly I would like to send out a team email to celebrate each one of you and your accomplishments Promoting literacy. There will be 3 sections with winners each month Starting with our November accomplishments Dec 1st-- Top sellers, Top Recruiters and for our newest members there will be a Climb and Rise section!! So exciting!! Each team winner will get their choice of a prize from me. We have 8 team members so there is a good chance the winner will be YOU!! Also anyone who beats me in one of the category's will get to choose a prize. So keep me on my toes and make me have to work to stay ahead of you.
Next I wanted to share with you 5 more BIG SCARY goals I have this year and enlist your support and help as you can.
1. I would love to have our team be a flourishing and vibrate group of ladies from all over the United States. We can make a huge impact on the literacy crises in this country by having a team member from every state in the United States by next Dec. Currently we have members in 3 States so this is a big goal but I know we can do it with the power of FACEBOOK. FB makes it so we are not limited by Geography and that is super exciting to me. Right now I am working on a FB training for our team
2. I want to have 5 new team leaders on our team by this time next year. Will one of them be you??
Why would you want to be a team leader?? Because that is where the money and influence to really change lives in a bigger way can be found!! Let's talk if this is something you want to know more about. No pressure just a question and answer session.
3. Ok now I am really scared because this one is super scary to me!! Way out of my comfort zone and anything I have ever done before!
I want to earn a trip. I have thought about it for a long time and each time they announce the next one I think ok this is the one for me. But then I haven't done it yet-- SO this time I really mean it and I am letting each of you know so you can hold me accountable. Today you are part of the big scary beginning of it. Today you know that I have real doubts and fears about this and that it seems way bigger than me. Every time I see ladies post their trip photos and things like that I think Wow that was easy for them. I bet their not like me at all and earning the trip was totally easy!-- But today you know that when I post pictures on the trip I was just like you and it was scary!! For those of you who joined after June 2021 every dollar you sell before Jan 31, 2022 will help me and you get trip points. Let me know if you want to go with me and we will map out how you can get there too!!
4. Next, I want to have 6-8 shows a month and $1000 in sales total. Why?? Because I have learned that having a show a week is way easier than having a show a month. I know your thinking that is opposite of what seems right but the reality is if I am doing it every week I am ready. I know how to do it I have everything I need to be successful etc. If I am doing it every month I am starting over each time. Where's the camera for the live? How do I set up the FB group again?? How do I turn the camera around so my live isn't back wards?? But if I am doing it every week I remember how to do it and every thing has a place. Also if I have a set time each week it is way easier for my family and for my new hostesses because I have a ready answer for my next available date.
But most importantly that means I connect with about 100+ new families each month to promote literacy and get these awesome books into the hands of 20 new families!!
5. Is a Cards for a Cause fundraiser. If you don't know what that is it is in the Units section of story stars. My cousin is the director of the Road Home in my area and with winter coming I am worried about those experiencing homelessness and want to do something to help. My goal is to sell 93 boxes, and for those in my area I would love it if you would join me!!
